Biography:
Fedyr Loboda - Pereyaslav colonel (1648—1653), judge general (1654—1655; 1658—1659), an active participant in the liberation war and the Battle of Konotop.
Belonged to a Ukrainian noble family from Pereyaslavshchyna. A graduate of the Kyiv-Mohyla Collegium. He built St. Michael's Church in Pereyaslav. He inherited the village of Soshnykiv in the Kyiv region.
Fyodor Loboda took part in the battle of Konotop against Muscovy. In 1659, as a member of the military staff of Hetman Ivan Vyhovskyi, he was captured by the Muscovites. He died in exile in Moscow.
Fyodor Loboda financed the rebuilding of the St. Michael Cathedral in Pereyaslov in the middle of the 17th century.
Family
Fedyr Loboda was the grandson of Hetman Grigory Loboda. His son, Ivan Fedorovych Loboda, was a badge comrade of the Pereyaslav Regiment.
